ClaudiaM Privacy Policy

The ClaudiaM.com/ClaudiaM.net Web site is operated by the artist Claudia Markovich (me) for the sole purpose of sharing and promoting my artwork, writing, and products produced from the artwork.  The privacy policy below covers any information collected at this site.  I currently use the paypal service to collect credit card payments (accessed whenever you click on a button labeled, "PayPal Click here to buy", and I cannot speak for their privacy policy, which is available at http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/privacy-outside

Basic Confidentiality Policy

It is my policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number is private and confidential.  Accordingly, the personal information you provide will be used only for the purpose for which you provide the information (such as to send a card, or inquire about a bug).  If you check the boxes to opt-in to my exhibition or site updates mailing list, I will periodically send you news about exhibitions of my paintings or new offerings on this web site.  You can opt-out of my mailing list at any time by contacting me at claudiam@claudiam.com or writing to me at: P.O. No Release of Information to Third Parties

Personal information will not be released to third parties except if the release is required by law.  There is no other circumstance under which I will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

The Web site traffic reports that I use to analyze statistics contain only aggregate data (such as total number of page views) and does not track or compile any personally identifiable information.
